The online store www.mei-organics.com is managed by the company Mind trade, d.o.o., Trzaska cesta 42, SI-1000 Ljubljana, EU. The general conditions of use of the online store are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2).
Please read the general terms and conditions of the online store carefully, as they are binding to you from the moment you enter our online store. It is considered that with each transaction made through our online store, you are familiar with the entire content of the general terms and conditions and have agreed to the offered general terms and conditions without restrictions.
You can use the services of the online store when you register as a user, or decide to make a quick purchase without registering. When you register in the system, you get a username that is the same as your e-mail address and password. The username and password of the user are unambiguously determined and linked to the entered data. By registering or making a quick purchase, a visitor over the age of 16 becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. The mei-organics store reserves the right to make any changes to the general terms and conditions without special notice. The changes are valid from the moment of publication and are binding for the user.
The online store is open every day, 24 hours a day. Due to various technical reasons, business through an online store or even access to a store is sometimes not possible. Therefore, the mei-organics store reserves the right to limit or completely stop the sale of some or even all products for a definite or indefinite period of time or to limit or completely stop access to the online store site for a definite or indefinite period. The mei-organics store does not take responsibility for non-functioning of the store due to ignorance of use, any consequences of misuse of the online store, non-functioning of the service due to network failure, power outage or other technical disturbances that could temporarily, or for a long time, interfere with use.
PURCHASING PROCESS:
CART: you can see your selected products in the cart. Here you can also change the quantities or delete products by entering the desired number or scrolling with the + or – sign. You can remove the product from the cart by tapping the X icon. If you have a discount coupon, enter it in the “Coupon code” field and press the “Apply coupon” button. The cart is automatically updated after each change, or you can press the black “update cart” button yourself. To continue the purchase, press the “Proceed to checkout” button.
PAYMENT INFORMATION If you want to make a purchase, enter your details and address in the required fields. The contents of your shopping cart and the amount of the entire purchase will be displayed on the right. Under the displayed contents of the cart, select the method of payment: by cash on delivery (not available in all countries), pay pal, proforma invoice, pcredit card and SEPA). Press the ‘Place order’ button to confirm your purchase.
YOUR ACCOUNT: Purchase will be confirmed, and your order number will be displayed. You will also receive all information about the order to your e-mail address.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
You can also buy certain products discounted with promotional codes, which you will receive in various ways (on social networks, via SMS…). The promotional code brings various discounts and is limited in time. Codes and rules of use will be clearly defined. Code entry is enabled in the first step of the cart.
ORDER PROCESSING
The online store will start with the activities necessary for the execution of the accepted order immediately after its receipt.
STORING THE ORDER
Submitted electronic order or the concluded purchase contract is stored at the company’s headquarters. The consumer can follow all his orders on his profile.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE ORDER
The buyer may, within 14 days of receiving the goods, notify the mei-organics.com in writing of the withdrawal. Notice of withdrawal may be given by the buyer in statement clearly stating that he is withdrawing from the contract.
The returned products must also be accompanied by an invoice for goods, personal data and a transaction invoice if the customer wishes to receive a refund on his bank account.
The returned products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. If you start using the products and then change your mind, you will lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
The buyer must return the goods to the company within 14 days after a written message to the address: Mind trade, d.o.o., Trzaska cesta 42, SI-1000 Ljubljana, Europe.
The cost of sending the returned products must be paid (covered) by the buyer. The buyer has to return the products to the company immediately or no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal from the contract. The mei-organics.com shall return the purchase price for returned products within 14 days of receiving the goods.
QUANTITY DISPUTE
In the event that the products in the package do not correspond in quantity (the delivered quantity and the quantity stated on the delivery note do not match), the customer must notify the mei-organics store via info@mei-organics.com no later than 8 days after receipt. In the event of a justified complaint, the product will be sent to the customer immediately or no later than 8 days after receipt of the notification, or the proportional purchase price will be refunded.
WRONG GOODS RECEIVED
Inspect the received goods immediately. If the shipment contains the wrong goods, the buyer must notify the mei-organics no later than 8 days after receipt and attach a description of the problem. The mei-organics store will replace the product or, if this is not possible for objective reasons, returns the purchase price in no later than 8 days from the notification received.
PHYSICALLY DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Inspect the received goods immediately. If anything in the sent package is damaged or spilled, the customer must immediately or no later than 3 days after receipt of the damage notify the mei-organics store and attach a description of the problem. On the basis of an appropriate notice, the mei-organics store will replace the product or return the purchase price no later than in 8 days.
The consumer may exercise his rights arising from a material defect if he notifies the seller of the defect within two months of the day on which the defect was discovered. The consumer must describe the defect in more detail in the defect notice and allow the seller to inspect the item. The consumer may notify the seller of the defect in person, of which the seller must issue a certificate, or send it to the store where the item was purchased, or to the seller’s representative with whom he has concluded a contract. The seller is not liable for material defects in the goods that appear after two years have elapsed since the thing was delivered. A defect in things shall be deemed to have existed at the time of extradition if it occurs within six months of extradition. The consumer who has duly notified the seller of the defect has the right to require the seller to: rectify the defect in the goods or return part of the amount paid in proportion to the defect or replace the defective goods with new faultless goods or refund the amount paid. In any case, the consumer also has the right to demand compensation from the seller, and in particular reimbursement of costs of materials, spare parts, labor, transfer and transport of products arising from the fulfillment of obligations under the previous paragraph of this article. The consumer’s rights referred to in the first paragraph shall expire two years from the day on which he informed the seller of the material defect. If the existence of a defect in the goods or an irregularity in the service provided is not disputed, the company must comply with the consumer’s request under Articles 37c and 38 of this Act as soon as possible, but no later than within eight days. The business must respond in writing to the consumer’s request no later than eight days after receipt, if the existence of a defect in the goods or an irregularity in the service provided is disputed.
